Stainless Steel Roots Blower
AirMMax stainless steel roots blower is precisely machined from SS304, SS316, SS316L, SS2205 materials stainless steel. It is processed in the machining center at one time for ensuring the machining accuracy and achieving the stability of blower under different working conditions.
Stainles stell impeller, casing, side plate and oil tank is made of stainless steel with special strength and rigidity enabling the impeller to meet the high-speed continuous running condition without fatigue and deformation.

Vapor Compressor
Vapor compressor is also called MVR steam compressor, vapor return compressor, vapor return booster, vapor return roots blower.
AirMMax vapor compressor (SS304, SS316L, SS2205 ) is the core component of MVR system and improve the enthalpy of the secondary steam by compression of the secondary steam.
Through accurate calculation, accurate balance of investment and output ratio, our company design can obtain the reasonable processing capacity in evaporation system, fully utilize the function of the equipment, and achieve the best cost performance.

Vapor compressor is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, sewage treatment, desalination and other industries.
MVR energy-saving evaporation technology is the most advanced technology at present, only need a very small amount of steam (small steam required during start-up, almost no need steam during normal operation), greatly reduce the operation cost, reduce environment pollution.
Compared with traditional evaporators, MVR evaporator temperature difference is much smaller, can achieve moderate evaporation, greatly improve product quality and reduce fouling.
No need condenser or only a small area of the condenser required, the structure and process is very simple, fully automatic operation and continuous operation, safe and reliable
Equipped with CIP cleaning pipeline, on-site cleaning, the whole set of equipment is easy to operate, no dead angle.
The material can be evaporated at low temperature (evaporation temperature 50℃~100℃) and no foam is produced. The material is uniform material, no running material, not easy to coking, minimum denaturation for heating material.
The installation space of the MVR evaporator is about two times of traditional multi effect evaporator; the equipment investment amount of MVR system is larger, but the operation cost is much lower than the traditional multi effect evaporator.
Automatic operation system is necessary to protect the equipment, to avoid the MVR malfunction caused by wrong operation.
In some special areas where the steam cost is very low and the electricity price is very high, the economic advantage of MVR evaporator is not obvious, traditional evaporator is recommended.
MVR Evaporator Working principle:
MVR is called Mechanical Vapor Recompression. It use the steam compressor to recompress the secondary vapor(low temperature and low pressure) which is evaporated from the liquid material to rise its temperature and pressure, so as to reuse it as heating source to evaporate the liquid material again. The process is to convert a small amount of electric energy to more heat energy. Theoretically, compared with multi-effect evaporator, it can save more than 50%~80% energy consumption and 90% cooling water.

Composed of a preheater, heat exchanger, separator, compressor, vacuum pump, circulating pump, operating platform, control cabinet, and other accessories.
Biogas Blower
AirMMax biogas blower is good for gas conveying: Natural Gas, Coal Gas, Semi-water Gas, Methane(CH4), Butane(C4H10), Ammonia(NH3), Carbonic Oxide(CO), Carbon Dioxide(CO2), Nitrogen(N2), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Hydrogen Sulfide(H2S), Hydrogen(H) etc.
Blower pressure up to 1 bar with maximum air flow up to 500 m³/min. VFD control box and VFD explosive proof motor is matched for biogas blower.

AirMMax roots blower is three lobe roots blower, and roots blower is perfectly matched to aeration tube and aeration hose for fine bubble bottom aeration system and has been used in aquaculture especially for high density shrimp farming and fish farming.
